Currently a full professor of education policy at an AAU Research 1 institution, Leah P. Hollis is the author of seven books, over 70 peer-reviewed articles, several book chapters, scholarly essays, and research reports examining workplace bullying, organizational behavior, leadership, institutional culture, employee well-being, and social justice. Her scholarship uses quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, and policy-based approaches to examine how workplace systems shape employee experiences and organizational outcomes. Published by leading academic presses and journals, her work offers accessible insight for scholars, practitioners, institutions, and public audiences.

Lead Researcher/Coordinator-Regional Symposium to halt faculty bullying in higher education.  Includes cost analysis of workplace bullying for Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE).
