About Us
Dr. Leah P. Hollis is a full professor of education policy and a nationally and internationally recognized expert on workplace bullying, organizational culture, and employee well-being. She earned an Ed.D. from Boston University, an M.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, and a B.A. from Rutgers University, with additional professional certifications from Northwestern University, Oxford University, and the London School of Economics and Political Science. Since founding Patricia Berkly LLC in 2009, she has advised and trained more than 350 institutions, lectured in over 15 countries, held several leadership posts, and taught at Rutgers, NJIT, and Northeastern University.
